Starting a diet can be hard and sticking to it is hell. I hate it beyond anything alive. (uhhhhh) If only there was some magic over night pill and we all could just wake up and have a killer body. Sadly life doesn't work like that and eating right and regular exercise is the only way to A) Stay healthy B)lose weight and C) maintain a healthy weight. YEAP it sure does suck... but I will be doing it with you and I will share everything I am trying, my meals, and exercises that work. My blog will equal my mini diary.
